Fastosi is an Italian industrial company specializing in the design, manufacture, and integration of plastic extrusion lines, as well as the development of precision mechanical machining and heavy structural fabrication.

The company manages its entire production cycle internally within its facility in Northern Italy, covering 3D CAD/CAM mechanical design, component machining via machine tools, automation software development (PLC/HMI), and final line assembly.

Fastosi operates through two synergistic divisions structured to meet high-precision engineering requirements:

Industrial Extrusion Lines (Machinery)

The engineering division develops complete lines for the production of plastic semi-finished products, configured for two main geometries:

• Rod Extrusion Lines: Systems optimized for the production of solid and hollow rods, equipped with calibration and progressive cooling systems designed to eliminate internal stress in the raw material and prevent structural voids (blowholes).

• Sheet Extrusion Lines: Equipment for the production of thick sheets, featuring extrusion heads with millimeter-level control that ensure perfect surface flatness of the semi-finished product.

Mechanical Fabrication & CNC Machining

The workshop division manages the fabrication of electro-welded structures, industrial machine beds, and complex mechanical components—both for its own extrusion lines and for third-party contract manufacturing. Its production capacity is defined by a proprietary machinery park geared toward large dimensions and centesimal tolerances:

• Milling & Boring: Managed via a Milling-Boring machine (working travels up to 12 meters and a rotary-translating table with a 40-ton capacity) and a Gantry Machining Center (8,000 x 3,000 mm table).

• Heavy Turning: Executed on engine lathes (6,000 mm center distance, swing over bed up to 1,100 mm) and CNC turning centers.

• Cutting & Finishing: Integrated department featuring a 4kW fiber laser, 1,750 kN press brakes, and surface grinding machines.
