Fastosi Mechanical Fabrication Division handles the design, welding, assembly, and finishing of load-bearing structures, machine beds, calenders, haul-off systems, and ancillary components for heavy industry.

Deeply rooted in Northern Italy’s manufacturing hub—yet strongly oriented toward European and global export markets—the division relies on a proprietary, technologically advanced machinery park specialized in large-scale CNC machining.

Equipped with a Milling-Boring machine featuring travels up to 12 meters and a 40-ton rotary-translating table, along with a Gantry Machining Center with an 8,000 x 3,000 mm table, we manage the facing, boring, and structural milling of complex machine beds with centesimal geometric tolerances.

Our turning department meets the same requirements for macro-heavy capacity and precision, featuring a PBR engine lathe with a 6,000 mm center distance and a swing over bed of up to 1,100 mm, flanked by modern CNC turning centers.

From sheet metal forming and cutting via a 4kW fiber laser and press brakes to micrometric machining performed on surface grinding systems, Fastosi guarantees industrial partners full control over every manufacturing stage.

Our facility stands out for its use of latest-generation CNC machinery and a team of certified welders capable of working on structural steels, stainless steel, and special alloys.

Active collaboration between our production departments, Technical Office, suppliers, and company leadership ensures swift solutions to technical challenges—whether providing structural steelwork and precision mechanical parts or delivering complete, fully tested machinery installed by our personnel. We also offer on-board machine wiring and electrical cabinet interconnections in collaboration with external partners to meet specific customer requirements.
