The automatic cut of materials is an integral part of the extrusion line: a reliable cut allows an unattended use of the machine.

Our saws are designed and built with many years of experience and can be assembled on all of our machines and on already existing lines with special implementations.

The cut’s precision is guaranteed by the sturdy construction and versatility of the cutting system, which allows to vary between multiple settings to comply with your needs.

Our aligned saws can be equipped with hydropneumatic actuators, suitable to be used on low-productivity lines or with sphere recirculation motors and screws for higher technology lines.

In the second case, the blade’s cut and translation are managed touchscreen. The settings are then stored in archives, allowing complete integration with our lines.
