Bar line extrusion systems
Our extrusion lines stand out for their solid construction and flexibility of use.
All our bar lines are designed for the extrusion of round and/or hollow bars with variable diameters depending on the applied head, with outputs of up to 40/50 kg per hour. Calibrators are available in any size, from 5 mm to 300 mm (0.25 to 12 inches), with a lapped or Teflon-coated finish.
In addition to the standard lines listed below, the system can be configured by assembling various types of extruders, haul-offs, and adding optional equipment such as ovens, cutters, tilters, etc., according to the customer’s needs.
