Our extrusion lines stand out for their solid construction and flexibility of use.
Significant advantages are achieved by managing the entire production line via a touchscreen interface, with the ability to save all settings for each production run.
The production of standard metric heads for round lines includes diameters up to 300 mm, for perforated bars diameters between 50 mm and 300 mm with a hole diameter of 30 mm to 270 mm, and a minimum tube thickness of 12 mm. For sheet metal lines, widths of 300 mm, 600 mm, 1000 mm, and 1250 mm are available, with thicknesses from 6 mm to 300 mm.
The production of standard imperial dies for round lines includes diameters ranging from 0.25 inches to 12 inches, for hollow bars, diameters ranging from 2 inches to 12 inches with a hole diameter ranging from 1.5 inches to 11 inches, and a minimum tube thickness of 0.5 inches. For sheet lines, widths range from 12 inches, 24 inches, 40 inches, and 48 inches, with thicknesses ranging from 0.25 inches to 12 inches.
We are also able to develop specific projects to meet our customers’ diverse needs, varying the shape and dimensions of our lines to suit the type of material and the dimensions of the product primarily extruded.

We can make anything you can imagine!
For example, we can add accessories to the standard line to improve efficiency, such as in-line ovens, flow valves, and accumulators. Or we can build multipurpose lines for extruding both round bars and sheets, as well as lines for the medical sector.
Fastosi, which has been operating in the technical plastics extrusion sector for over 30 years, builds complete extrusion lines or machinery to upgrade existing lines for the production of round bars, hollow bars, and sheets of varying sizes.
